Q. Dental student wanting to work in Chicago.
A. Depends on many things:
1. Will you be an employee or boss?
2. How fast are you in doing procedures?
3. How long are you willing to work and how many days?
4. What are you willing to do and not willing to do?
5. Patient insurance types and fee schedules.
6. Patient clientele.
7. Overhead, if you're gonna be the boss.
8. How many chairs will you be having?
9. Tax brackets.
10. Salary or pay based on production?
On average, I dunno so many people say 100k, so sure why not.

I need dental work done, how do I find a good dentist?
Q. I'm in Lakeview Chicago and I have little money. I can't seem to get in touch with the universities in the areas to do work. Is there like a loan I could get to get the teeth fixed then pay monthly. I just don't want to get taken and I don't know how to make that happen.
A. Check Angie's List! Man wish I got paid to say that LOL but seriously check Angie's list for reviews from previous clients

Anyone in the Chicago Downtown area know of a good dentist who will except payment plans?
Q. I live in Andersonville (Clark and Foster) and I work downtown (Clark and Lake). Does anyone know of a dentist in either of these areas who is good and what they do and will except payment plans?
A. I would encourage you to visit this website: www.healthsavings.ourperfectcard.com I signed up online over 5 years ago and they have saved me thousands of $$ throughout the years. From Root canals, fillings, xray, exams...etc. All services are included in this very affordable plan. They even had my benefits active in 2 hours and was able to use it the very same day. Maybe, carecredit will work for you.
