Q. I just got my wisdom teeth pulled out today and I am stuck on my couch to TV, computer, reading and sleeping.. When I get up I feel nauseous so it's not like I'm going anywhere. What is there to do on a computer that is fun... I'm through with facebook, I've played 1000 games of tetris, what else?
A. aww im sorry, you must feel horrible :(
You could watch videos on youtube! I know this sounds dorky (and idk if you've heard of this game) but I play roller coaster tycoon when im bored with nothing to do all day. I make a goal to try to beat a park as quick as possible and it sucks up a few hours of your time.
some videos i reccomend on youtube are:
-David after Dentist
-Blood
-Charlie bit my finger
-Hahaha
...Then i usually just look up the most viewed for the day or the week or the featured videos.
You could shop online (or just browse. I usually browse and wish I owned the stuff)
Or my personal favorite:::::
www.Hulu.com
You can look up videos and tv shows. I love watching family guy videos on this website and it's totally free and its not a scam.
Hope this helped!
I hope you feel better soon!!!!

Where did the term "Epic Fail" come from?
Q. I hear this term used a lot on you tube. Where the heck did it originate from?
A. I'm not going to break internet rules by naming the site, but there is a rather infamous webpage whose community guidelines provide that it never be discussed. This imageboard is the nearly sole epicenter of memes (online phenomena such as "Dave After Dentist," word derives from The Selfish Gene, a book by Richard Dawkins). Consider it Cyberspace Ground Zero.
'Epic Fail' and 'Epic Win' are such memes.
Many people falsely attribute "fail" to Dungeons and Dragons, because a great deal of those who 'lurk' on the internet take part in D&D. However, the encyclopedia dramatica attributes the origin to a retro arcade game known as Blazing Star, which is Japanese. Many old arcade and computer games were poorly translated (leading to terms like "All you base are belong to us...") and begat the widespread use of one poorly translated line: "You fail it."
After some time and laziness, it became simply "Fail." - the perfect, accute response to any poorly created post. Then some short bastardizing that caught on:
As reported by Internet Patrol "...some people use the term epic fail to mean a failure that by its very show-stopping spectacularly failing nature comes full circle and actually wins. " This is where the imageboard's infamous spin-everything-out-of-control attitude came into play and made the term we know today.
Epic Fail is simply one of the numerous pieces of internet culture that has seeped into everyday life.
Cheers, Rook.

Nerve damage from wisdom teeth extraction?
Q. I had my 4 wisdom teeth pulled on monday. it is now thursday and i am still numb on my bottom left lip bottom left teeth and my chin. is there a treatment for this? i have been reading about it online and a lot of people are saying its permenant. im worried. has anyone else experienced this and had it heal quickly?
A. Unfortunately nerve damage is a complication of wisdom tooth removal that should have been explained to you before the treatment. It can last a few weeks or it can be permanent. I'm afraid it's going to be a waiting game. Give it another week or so and if your lip and chin are still numb or there is altered sensation, go back and see your dentist. Good luck.
